Maintenance
DONG Storage shall on a continuing basis publish information on the planned periods for repair and maintenance that is expected to affect the services provided by DONG Storage so that such information to the extent possible is published one year ahead.
DONG Storage shall endeavour to carry out repair and maintenance activities as quickly as possible, and with as little impact as possible on storage customers' capacity. DONG Storage shall as far as possible coordinate repair and maintenance activities with Energinet.dk Gastransmission.
However, DONG Storage may fully or partially reduce storage customers' nominations (and renominations) while the repair and maintenance activities take place.
Maintenance or repair activities which necessitate reduced capacity are described in the table below. Storage customers at DONG Storage will also receive a direct notification via email in case of reduced capacity.
