Self-service
Storage customers may login into Self-service in the box to the right and access their own:
- player information
- contracts entered into
- transfer contracts
- status of current requests and transfers
- nomination and allocations
- status of ongoing nominations
- status statement for stored natural gas.
Storage customers can furthermore carry out the following actions:
- input and send nominations
- fill in and send Framework Contract requests
- fill in and send capacity requests and capacity orders
- fill in and send transfer requests
- fill in and send day volume and season volume profile forms
- publish purchase/sale requests on the Bulletin board and remove these.
Storage customers are assigned a log-in and password when becoming a storage customer with DONG Storage. Passwords are allocated at two user-levels:
- access to view own information
- access to view own information and to carry out actions (send nominations, requests etc).
A condition for being allocated a log-in and password is that the user is a DONG Storage storage customer.
