Storage Portal
- The Storage Portal provides existing storage customers and other interested users with access to various information relating to the gas storage facility.
All users have access to the pages Storage data, Bulletin board and Maintenance. Storage data provides information regarding storage capacity and the utilization of this, while the Bulletin board displayes offers from existing storage customers to purchase and sell capacity or gas. Planned repair and maintenance are described on the page Maintenance.
Existing storage customers can also access information that relates to their contracts with DONG Storage (contact information, information on contracts, information on nominations and requests etc.) from the page
Self-Service. In addition, existing storage customers can carry out a number of actions (request contracts, transfer capacity, nominate etc.) in relation to their capacity. It is also via
Self-Service, existing storage customers can publish purchase or sale requests for storage capacity and stored gas on the
Bulletin board.
